Mentoring is one-on-one customized teaching and practices that can supplement formal study, introduce new areas of interest, or provide longer-term support for deeper self-discovery. We are eager to meet each student where they are, whether you want to explore some highly specific aspect of practice, desire real-time reading practice, or seek a flexible and evolving style of tutorial. You decide the destination and we will craft the path.
STARTING PACKAGES: 1 session for targeted learning and guidance – $125 | 3 sessions for expanded but specific inquiry – $375 | 5 sessions for intensive thematic or spiritual exploration – $550.
Please note that at time of booking, you will schedule a consultation where we can meet, establish your goals, and set up a time for our first formal session. This meeting is in addition to the 1, 3, or 5 mentoring sessions in your package.
Practice Your Way with Amelia ($125-375 | 1-3 sessions) – Are you new to divination but looking to practice a specific modality? Are you overwhelmed trying to fit this interest into your daily routine? Let’s work together to develop a card reading practice that fits your interests and your lifestyle. I want you to feel free to practice, your way. Open to readers at all levels. Example topics include: Playing Card Fluency, Experimental Tarot de Marseille, and Daily Divination Rituals. The mentorship cost includes custom curriculum, meetings, and weekly support.
Excavating Your Interests with Danielle ($125-375 | 1-3 sessions) – Do you have a sense that your divinatory interests may more deeply connect to your spirituality or cosmology? Are you looking to build confidence with a specific tradition or special deck? Example topics include: Discovering Your Deity, Talking Thoth, and Meeting the Sephiroth. The mentorship cost includes custom curriculum, meetings, and weekly support.
Encountering the Goddess with Danielle ($550 | 5 sessions) – Are you called to work with a specific figure from mythology or folklore? Does Cerridwen, Durga, Medusa, Baba Yaga, or Santa Muerte call, yet you’re unsure how to answer? This mentorship package is for students who desire an intensive encounter with a deity or folk figure of their choosing. Our work will include an investigation of the myth, tarot and oracle card work to dialogue with this deity, and guided journaling and journeying to discover your relationship to this mythology. You will meet with your mentor five times, over the course of 8-12 weeks, with email support between meetings. The mentorship cost includes custom curriculum, meetings, and weekly support.
Assembling the Ancestors with Danielle ($550 | 5 sessions) – Are you called to research your genealogical roots and family mythology? Does a specific family figure or assembly of ancestors invite you to meaningful connection? This mentorship package is for students who want to investigate those who came before, and seek guidance and wisdom from the stories and spirits of the ancestors. Our work will include strategies for researching ancestors of blood or place, tarot and oracle card work to dialogue with those who came before, and guided journaling and journeying to strengthen the bonds that emerge through this work. You will meet with your mentor five times, over the course of 8-12 weeks, with email support between meetings. The mentorship cost includes custom curriculum, meetings, and weekly support.
Deck in Depth with Danielle ($550 | 5 sessions) – Does a tarot or oracle deck call to you, beyond its art or architecture? Are you eager to develop fluency in the symbolic language of a specific deck, or does it inspire you to elevate your practice in some unspecified way? This mentorship package is for students who wish to investigate, excavate, and deeply engage a tarot or oracle deck of their choosing. Our work will include exercises for discovering the unique architecture of your deck, spreads to develop fluency in its symbolic language, and guided journaling and journeying to enrich a nuanced and lasting relationship to the cards. You will meet with your mentor five times, over the course of 8-12 weeks, with email support between meetings. The mentorship cost includes custom curriculum, meetings, and weekly support.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Cancellation Policy. Mentoring and services booked through SIBYL’S LAB OF CARTOMANTICS are non-refundable. Mentoring appointments must be re-scheduled by the client at least 24 hours in advance. If 24 hours is not given, the mentoring session will be deducted from the client’s package.
Refund Policy. Mentoring by SIBYL’S LAB OF CARTOMANTICS constitutes a professional service and due to the nature of the service and labor involved, mentoring packages are non-refundable following the initial consultation. However, if no consultation has taken place, the purchased package may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase.
